Chalet, Chamonix

For zoning reasons this 350 sq.m. chalet in a beautiful spot in Chamonix had to be kept, but it was stripped down to its core and shell and rebuilt on the inside to accommodate 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on ground level, a large open living and dining area and kitchen on first level and a master bedroom and en-suite on the mezzanine. The facade and the garden were also redesigned including a platform for an outdoor jacuzzi.
