Flat Östermalm, Stockholm

This flat is located on the second floor of a building in Östermalm, Stockholm dating from 1882 with light Art Nouveau features added in 1906. The completely new layout included a minimalist corridor, two bedrooms and a kitchen as well as a new additional shower room, a wine storage, and a new en-suite bathroom. Most of the flat’s interior was rebuilt in a minimalist style, but the two enfilade dining and living rooms with their beautiful park views were just carefully renovated maintaining the 19th century character – and offering a charming dialogue between the present and history.
