Viktoria Restaurant, Umeå

When the well-established Umeå restaurant Viktor was to be re-branded and re-designed we set out to give this upper floor space of an old 1920 wooden townhouse an open, contemporary and at the same time intimate character. The materials, images and colours were all derived from the local food, culture and landscape of the region of Västerbotten in northern Sweden.
